Reiki is a form of long-term, holistic healing that promotes stress reduction and relaxation. Reiki healing is a Japanese technique that uses the natural energy, which animates all living beings, to renew your energy and reverse the harmful effects of prolonged pain and stress on the body. The goal of a Reiki session is to create balance and harmony in the recipient which in turn promotes healing. In – person Reiki sessions can be scheduled here in Austin, TX, or for your convenience, sessions can be done via Skype or Facetime (That’s right, this energy is so powerful it can move through time and space).
Reiki Training Classes
For those of you who have experienced the life changing power of Reiki, and are interested in helping others, Here Comes Your Sun offers Reiki Training classes here in Austin! Students will gain extensive knowledge about Reiki through our lectures, hands on practice, and Attunements (where Reiki energy is channeled through the student from the Reiki Master). Our training consists of three different classes, Reiki One, Reiki Two, and finally our Reiki Master Teacher Class. In Reiki One, students will learn the Reiki hand positions as well as basic administration of Reiki on other beings. Students that complete our Reiki One class will be given their Reiki One certification in the Usui System of Natural Healing. In Reiki Two, students learn to use three Reiki symbols (the Power symbol, the Mental/Emotional symbol and the Distance symbol). These symbols will aid in the healing process as they instantly connect to the energies they represent. Students that complete our Reiki Two class will be given their Reiki Two certification in the Usui System of Natural Healing. The Reiki Master Teacher class is for those who want to make the transition from Reiki student to Reiki Teacher. In this class students will learn all the tools needed to teach a Reiki training class. Students will learn about three new Reiki symbols, and how to pass Attunements to other students. Students that complete the Reiki Master Teacher class will receive a Reiki Master Teacher certificate.

House Clearing and Blessing
Have you ever walked into a room and felt a sense of heaviness and discomfort? You may find yourself trying to rearrange the furniture or décor in the space, only to find something still doesn’t feel right. This feeling is caused by the stagnant energy that has built up from all the events, emotions, and activities that have taken place in the room (That’s right, even spaces hold on to energy from the past). This stagnant energy causes this sense of unease because the energy in the room is still holding on to past issues and emotions. This energy could have negative effects on your own health and energy balance, but simple steps can be taken to clear this negative energy and bring “good vibes” back to your space. House clearing helps create more harmony and peace in your surroundings by breaking up stagnant energy, and ushering in positive energy.
